International Delivery Information

We strive to provide seamless delivery services to our international customers. Please review the following information regarding international shipments, returns, and associated charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 12 to 25 business days on all orders.

Express Delivery: Options are not available by default but can be arranged upon request. Additional charges will apply for express delivery.

Order Dispatch

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

Custom Duties and Fees

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs duties are not paid by the customer and the product is returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be applied along with the return shipping costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, the parcel must be shipped back by the customer, and the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged to the original order amount for all returned products.

In the event that customs duties are not paid and the product is returned, a 30% restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Issues with a Product

If there is an issue with the product, such as damage or it being non-functional, there will be no restocking fee and a return shipping label will be provided by the company. Euro Art will not be responsible for any loss of duties or surcharges paid by the customer for the product
