International Delivery Information

At Euro Art, we are dedicated to providing exceptional delivery services for our international customers. Please review the details below for information on international shipments, returns, and associated charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 12 to 25 business days for all international orders.

Express Delivery: Available upon request. Please contact us to arrange express delivery, and note that additional charges will apply.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the items in your order. Please note that international shipping prices are standard and may vary based on product dimensions. Charges for oversized or unusual items will be invoiced separately.

Custom Duties and Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

If customs duties are not paid and the product is returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, in addition to the return shipping costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Return Policy

Returns must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original order amount for all returned products.

If customs duties are not paid and the product is returned, both a 30% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Issues with a Product

If there is an issue with the product, such as damage or malfunction, no restocking fee will apply, and a return shipping label will be provided by us. Please note that Euro Art is not responsible for any loss of duties or surcharges incurred for the product.

Additional Charges for Existing Orders

If you have already placed an order and require delivery in your country, any additional delivery charges will be invoiced separately or subsequently to ensure clarity and accuracy. In addition to this, the International shipping prices are standard and may vary based on product ordered and price hikes from our delivery partners. Charges for oversized or unusually shaped items will also be invoiced separately.
